* NEW * Leadership as a driver of organisational climate

When leaders lead well, trust grows. Teams flourish. And the mission gets delivered.

In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, leadership is about more than driving outcomes — it’s about creating a culture where people feel valued, empowered, and deeply connected to the mission of their organisation. This half day Masterclass challenges managers, senior leaders and their teams more broadly to reflect on their leadership impact and reimagine how they engage across the organisation. Participants will explore how to:

  • Model ethical leadership in complex environments
  • Foster open, honest communication
  • Build a workplace culture where collaboration and innovation thrive
  • Equip people for growth and resilience
  • Reignite a sense of purpose in public service

Through practical exercises, real-world scenarios, and guided reflection, participants will gain strategies to strengthen team performance, build alignment, and enhance their organisation’s credibility.

Learning objectives:

  • Understanding the connection between leadership and team innovation
  • Identifying and differentiating leadership styles
  • Exploring the impact of transformational leadership on team innovation
  • Applying leadership theories to enhance team innovation in practical situations

        Learning activities

        • Didactic, instructor-led presentation of content, theory and practice
        • Facilitated discussions that are interactive, collaborative and encourage sharing experiences
        • Group activities that challenge participants to interact, reflect and explore ideas presented, and apply them to real-world and theoretical contexts and situations

Join us for this transformative experience — and lead in a way that truly makes a difference.
