Nickey Ludkins
Nickey is the Manager of Executive Education in the School of Business and Law and Faculty Advisor for Enactus ECU. She is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations enhance their knowledge and skills to drive meaningful outcomes for their professional growth, industries, and society as a whole.
With a strong commitment to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and social justice, Nickey holds a Master of Science in Development Studies from the London School of Economics. She actively champions sustainable practices across industries and professional networks, fostering positive change through education and engagement.
Nickey’s diverse career spans environmental consulting, multicultural research, teaching, and small business management. She has represented ECU and SBL both nationally and internationally, contributing to accreditation processes, student recruitment, and professional development initiatives.

Joe Connor
Joe is the Executive Education Program Officer in the ECU School of Business and Law. In his role, Joe’s responsibilities include; stakeholder engagement, course scheduling, administration support and assisting course delivery.
In 2023 Joe joined ECU in a fundraising role with the Development & Alumni Relations (DAR) Team before moving into a Senior Centre Officer role which included supporting the DAR Director and day to day management of the office. Prior to joining ECU, Joe spent time working with Australia’s largest mental health and fitness initiative, The Push-Up Challenge, in a role engaging workplaces and communities.
Joe has a passion for elevating and supporting others.

Dr Aglae Hernandez Grande
Aglae aims to make a positive impact on both academia and industry by promoting employee wellbeing and organisational effectiveness through her research and teaching. Aglae hopes to further explore the ways in which organisations can support their employees' wellbeing, as well as contribute to the development of new knowledge in these areas.

Associate Professor Todd Hutchison
Todd is an international best-selling author, listed in the Who's Who of Business in Australia, and leads three global businesses with partners across 13 countries. He resides as the Global CEO of the Peopleistic Group, Chair of the International Institute of Legal Project Management and a Board Director of Leadership Western Australia. Furthermore, Todd has managed projects for 200 organisations across 21 countries. Managing projects for prominent global leaders such as; Coca-Cola, Deloitte, Anglo Gold Ashanti and BHP Billiton.

Mr Arron Jackson
Arron Jackson joined Edith Cowan University in 2008 as a lecturer in Marketing, Professional Communications, Emotional Intelligence and Employability Skills. His passion to develop and build the leaders of tomorrow has led him to his current role, working with industry to provide the best possible industry learning opportunities for our brightest Business and Law students.

Mr Matthias Kaeser
Matt is an Executive Education course developer and facilitator at ECU. He has written the curricula for and teaches short courses in cyber security for business owners. In combination with his expertise in business consulting, Matt is aiming to raise awareness for security and privacy challenges in cyberspace with a special focus on small and medium sized businesses.

Ms Nickey Ludkins
Nickey is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations enhance their knowledge and skills to drive meaningful outcomes for their professional growth, industries, and society as a whole. Collaborating with academic experts and industry leaders, Nickey designs and delivers high-impact courses and workshops that bridge academic research with real-world business and leadership needs

Ms Archana Luktuke
After migrating to Australia in 2008 from India, Archana earned her qualifications in Law from Macquarie University. She gained extensive experience with leading WA law firms before founding AUL Law in 2018. Archana's background in commercial litigation and business law with a focus on building and construction, self-managed superannuation funds law, commercial litigation, property disputes and estate and business succession planning makes her workshop an engaging and informative experience for all entrepreneurs.

Ms Vicki Main
Vicki is a strategic, entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in business growth, education innovation, and leadership development across the UK and Australia. With nearly two decades of management experience and a strong foundation in both academia and industry, she has built and scaled successful training and coaching ventures, led national education initiatives, and worked at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and impact.

Dr Ashlee Morgan
Ashlee's expertise lies in the realm of sport marketing and management, where she utilises her extensive knowledge of sports governance, and corporate social responsibility to promote ethical decision-making and implement sound business practices. Her research focusses on social impact and responsible management, encompassing ethical decision-making, responsible governance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion in sport and events.

Dr Fleur Sharafizad
Fleur is a Lecturer in Management and brings a rich international perspective shaped by her life in the Netherlands, Israel, the USA, and now Australia. Her research focuses on gender and careers, small business, and research methodology, with a passion for exploring how these intersect to influence workplace dynamics and entrepreneurial outcomes. Fleur's global experiences and academic expertise inform her engaging teaching style and her commitment to fostering inclusive, research-informed learning environments.

Associate Professor Suku Sukunesan
Suku possesses extensive expertise in innovation, technology, and systems thinking, backed by over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in both academic and corporate settings. His practical knowledge spans a wide range, including involvement in significant government projects, collaboration with SMEs, and engagement with Southeast Asian governments. This hands-on experience equips him with valuable insights into the challenges of managing multi-stakeholder projects, shaping policies, and understanding their real-world implications.

Ms Heidi Vivian
Heidi is a Lecturer in the Management discipline in the School of Business and Law. She is currently completing PhD research in the area of Employment Relations and Labour Governance. Heidi is currently completing PhD research on the management and regulation of health and safety in the Indonesian construction industry. Her research interest relates broadly to the labour governance of insecure workers with particular relevance to OHS and its broadening applications.

Dr Ross Yates
Ross is a qualified and credentialed project manager and information systems practitioner, with a specialisation in internet technologies and generative AI systems. He brings experience across a diverse range of sectors and industries. His current focus is on emerging and disruptive AI technologies, and their impact on projects, people, and processes. Ross is actively engaged in research exploring these themes.
