OZCAB Annual Meeting 2026

The annual meeting of the Chairs of Academic Boards and Senates (OZCAB) brings together Chairs, Deputy Chairs, Board and Senate members, and academic governance professionals from across Australia to discuss emerging issues and share best practice in university governance.

The higher education sector is experiencing a period of significant change. The introduction of the Australian Tertiary Education Commission (ATEC), the National Student Ombudsman (NSO), revised TEQSA guidance, and a range of other policy and regulatory developments are reshaping the governance landscape for Australian universities.
