Tourism WA Future Leaders Program Celebration
Future Leaders Program Cohort Two Celebrates Milestone Completion
The second cohort of the Future Leaders Program came together for an evening of celebration, connection, and reflection, marking the successful completion of two x 2 day intensive leadership workshops.
Hosted at the ECU City Campus Engagement Hub, the event brought together emerging leaders from across the tourism and hospitality sector who have spent the past four weeks immersing themselves in a dynamic program designed to develop key leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and personal effectiveness.
The evening was not only a celebration of their dedication to tourism and hospitality and the growth of the industry, but also a chance to foster the strong peer connections forged throughout the Program. The event underscored the Future Leaders Program’s commitment to cultivating the next generation of impactful leaders with a blend of insightful conversations, inspiring stories, and a shared sense of achievement.
The Future Leaders Program, an initiative delivered in partnership with Tourism WA’s Workforce Development Team, has now successfully concluded its 2025 deliveries. Over the course of the program, 32 emerging leaders from across Western Australia’s tourism and hospitality sectors engaged in learning designed to strengthen leadership capability, build self-awareness, and foster resilient, people-focused leadership.
