Future Leaders Program comes to ECU City Campus in 2026

Following the resounding success of its inaugural deliveries in Perth and the South West, the Tourism WA Future Leaders Program is back with a Metro instalment! 

This fully subsidised Leadership Masterclass, valued at over $3,250, is designed to empower new and aspiring managers with the confidence, tools, and strategic insight needed to thrive in leadership roles across the industry.

Delivered through two x two-day intensives workshops, the program offers a dynamic learning experience focused on:

• Strategic Decision-Making
• Effective Communication
• Team Motivation
• Practical Leadership Tools

For the first time, the Future Leaders Program will be delivered in regional WA, ensuring increased accessibility and impact across Western Australia’s diverse tourism landscape.

Workshop dates and locations 

Delivery dates: A 4-day workshop delivered over 2 blocks:

• Intensive 1: Monday 9 & Tuesday 10 March 2026
• Intensive 2: Wednesday 25 & Thursday 26 March 2026 (includes an industry networking sundowner)
