Tourism WA and ECU Relaunch the Future Leaders Program for 2025–2026

Following the resounding success of its inaugural edition, the Future Leaders Program is back with a South West instalment! 

This fully subsidised Leadership Masterclass, valued at $3,250, is designed to empower new and aspiring managers with the confidence, tools, and strategic insight needed to thrive in leadership roles across the industry.

Delivered through two x two-day intensives workshops, the program offers a dynamic learning experience focused on:

• Strategic Decision-Making
• Effective Communication
• Team Motivation
• Practical Leadership Tools

For the first time, the Future Leaders Program will be delivered in regional WA, ensuring increased accessibility and impact across Western Australia’s diverse tourism landscape.

  • Intensive 1: Monday 20th & Tuesday 21st October 2025
