Tourism WA and ECU launch the Future Leaders Program

Tourism WA, in partnership with Edith Cowan University’s Business Executive Education department, is proud to launch the Future Leaders Program for 2025.

This fully subsidised Leadership Masterclass, valued at $3,000, equips aspiring tourism and hospitality managers with the skills needed to step confidently into leadership roles.

Delivered over two intensive two-day workshops, the program focuses on decision-making, communication, team motivation, and practical leadership tools tailored for the tourism and hospitality industry.

  • Intensive 1: 24–25 February 2025
  • Intensive 2: 12–13 March 2025
• Cohort 2:
  • Intensive 1: 5–6 May 2025
  • Intensive 2: 21–22 May 2025
